While in Chicago, Dr. Pham trained at the University of Chicago, Department of Ophthalmology and furthered his training at the Veterans Affairs medical centers in Huntington, WV and Gainesville, FL.
Dr. Pham has been a prominent optometrist in the Fort Myers area for more than 19 years. Dr. Pham’s experience includes primary care, low-vision examinations and geriatrics, with an emphasis on diagnosis, treatment, and management of ocular disease. He provides comprehensive eye exams for his patients beginning at 8 years of age. He works closely with the ophthalmologists at Snead Eye Group to evaluate patients for dry eye disease, glaucoma, and pre- and post-operative care for cataract and eyelid surgery. He is trained in contact lens fitting, including many specialty lenses.
Dr. Pham is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association.
In addition to his clinical work with Snead Eye Group, Dr. Pham also maintains his own private practice, Sanibel Eyecare, on Sanibel Island.
When he’s not helping patients improve their eyesight, Dr. Pham enjoys spending time with his sons and his daughter.
